CITIZENS ADVICE SCOTLAND.

Citizens Advice Scotland is a registered charity which supports Scottish Citizens Advice Bureaux by providing expertise on things like management and fundraising, resources such as IT support, tools and training to support advice giving, and help with running campaigns.

The Citizens Advice Annual Report details the role Citizens Advice Scotland play in supporting the Citizens Advice network in Scotland. The report was written to accompany the 2016-2017 annual accounts, which provide full financial information for the year.

Firefly were commissioned to create the Annual Report for 2016-2017. Typographical hierarchy was used to emphasise key pieces of information, capturing a reader’s attention. Bullet points helped to break up text and display information more clearly, making it readable. Furthermore, infographics broke up information into digestible chunks, conveying statistics in an engaging fashion.

The secondary colour palette from the brand guidelines was utilised to differentiate between pages, making the report more interesting and visually appealing.
