As part of a larger family of organisations, they also offer private rentals, property management, and community-focused services, reinvesting profits to benefit local communities.
We successfully collaborated with Harbour Homes on a brand development project, which included the creation of illustrations, graphic assets, advertising templates and banner stands.
Following this, we were commissioned to produce their annual report. Harbour Homes required both print and digital versions to ensure easy distribution and enhanced accessibility.
We crafted an engaging and user-friendly annual report, leveraging the organisation’s existing colour palette and photography. To ensure consistent and cohesive brand communications, we integrated the graphic device created during the brand development project into the report. The key messaging was delivered through a defined layout and structured design, perfectly aligned with the Harbour Homes brand identity.
A well-defined typographic hierarchy was established to help highlight important information and aid legibility. We employed a clean, easy-to-digest style to graphs and charts, utilised pop-outs to break up large sections of text, and emphasised key statistics throughout.
For the digital version of the annual report, we developed a dynamic microsite utilising Readymag as a platform.
Known for ease of use and cost efficiency, this format allowed for seamless sharing and distribution to the client’s target audience. A clear and intuitive structure ensured easy navigation and accessibility.
