We were commissioned, alongside other literature, to produce the organisation’s annual report. The client required both a reduced print run to align with their environmental values and an online version to improve the accessibility of the report.
We produced an engaging annual report, making use of their existing brand colour palette and typography, whilst incorporating relevant photography. Key messaging was communicated through a clean layout, a clearly defined structure and an aesthetic that aligned with the organisation’s brand identity.
To enhance audience engagement and readability of the report, we utilised a combination of typographic hierarchy, infographics, and tables to convey key information, such as financial figures and statistics.
For the digital version of the annual report, we created a dynamic microsite, which allowed the report to be easily shared and distributed to the client’s target audience. The multi-page site encompassed clear structure, allowing for easy navigation of the report, further making it digestible and engaging for the reader.

We wanted the characters in the graphics to be relatable everyday people from the Scottish public, and Firefly really managed to capture that.
