Every April, the British Small Animal Veterinary Association Congress (BSAVA Congress) delivers a cutting edge programme of over 350 lectures and practical in the UK.

The Brief
Firefly was commissioned to design an exhibition stand that would promote HSVS at the BSAVA Congress. This encompassed a series of pods and units incorporating demo areas, a coffee unit and a seating area to draw visitors in. The pods and units were to be consistently branded, eye catching and visible from a distance.

The Creative Outcome
The exhibition stand utilises the company’s existing colour palette and typography, helping to resonate with their target audience. We combined bold, dynamic graphic elements with photography and clean, modern typography. This helped to create a professional and impactful aesthetic and reinforce the company’s core message.
The demo areas remained consistent with the exhibition pods and were integral to the stand, as they enabled the sales team to provide tutorials surrounding how the software works. We carefully considered the use of composition in order to emphasise the HSVS logo across all exhibition stands, enhancing brand awareness.
