MANSFIELD TRAQUAIR TRUST.

Formed in 1993, the Mansfield Traquair Trust initiated and oversaw the restoration of the former Catholic Apostolic Church in Broughton Street, Edinburgh.

Now tasked with promoting the church, which has been referred to as “Edinburgh’s Sistine Chapel”, the Trust commissioned Firefly to create their website. The brief was to not only show off the fantastic murals by Phoebe Anna Traquair, a much celebrated artist from the Arts and Crafts movement, but also act as a database of information and photography.

The website design features large imagery to allow the photography of the fantastic artwork and the building to sing, combined with a responsive design and easy to use navigation that enables users to access information on the site with ease whether on desktop, tablet or mobile.

It was a pleasure to work with Firefly on our branding, report templates and new website. We chose to work with them because they took time to understand us at the start of the process and that approach was apparent in all of the high-quality work they produced.
