The Brief
Firefly was commissioned by PredictBy to create a suite of Microsoft templates that could be used for proposals, reports and presentations.
We then developed a series of social media templates to accommodate content highlighting recent findings from their published reports. This included templates to illustrate key points and quotes as well as headline posts to promote the report and engage with their target audience. To ensure the templates could be easily populated and adapted, we were tasked with building the approved designs in Canva.

The Creative Outcome
We subtly reinforced PredictBy’s brand by incorporating key visual elements on the front cover that are carried consistently throughout the documents. Using accessible system fonts, we established a clear and well-balanced typographic hierarchy, set up as easy-to-apply styles. In addition, table styles and a defined colour palette were built into the template, enabling users to apply information consistently.
To effectively communicate key information and processes, PredictBy required a suite of engaging, infographic-style visuals within their PowerPoint template. We worked closely with the team to create a cohesive secondary colour palette, introducing vibrant accent tones that enhance visual impact and draw the viewer’s eye.
To enable PredictBy to showcase recent activity and insights, we created a suite of highly versatile social media templates that can also be combined to form informative LinkedIn carousels. Built in Canva, the templates allow users to easily populate content with statistics, quotes, and key information. Consistent accent colours, patterns and graphic devices are used throughout to create dynamic compositions and distinctive ways of presenting information.
