Isolation inspiration

By Ben Walker on 31 March 2020

As well as looking after your physical health during this period of isolation, it’s really important to take care of your wellbeing, carving out time wherever you can to relax and destress.

Like so many others out there, we’ve been finding new and creative ways to spend our spare time while we’re at home and have been enjoying sharing our ideas and inspiration among the team. Rather than keeping these to ourselves, we thought it would be nice to compile some of our favourites into a journal post to share with you.

From captivating podcasts and binge-worthy television series, to motivational online workouts and mindful meditation exercises, we hope you can take some inspiration from our list of recommendations, which we’ll continue to add to.

“I have worked with Ben and his agency for many years, albeit in a paper promotional capacity. After discussions on an internal project, I was thrilled when he offered to produce work for ourselves.

Ben lead the way with concept to design and produced a great piece, Rock-Paper-Scissors. Feedback from our clients has been excellent and lovely to put a smile on faces when they identify the design. I hope to do more work with Firefly in the future.”
