To acknowledge the team’s hard work and dedication throughout the pandemic, Proactis commissioned us to create a video to be played at their Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Proactis also required a video to mark their 25 year anniversary to feature on their website and social media channels. The video was an opportunity to thank colleagues, customers, partners, family and friends for their continued support and celebrate how far the company has come.
Prior to this project, we created a flagship video to promote the benefits of Proactis’ services. The dynamic combination of motion graphics, kinetic typography and live footage we used laid the foundations for this project.

The videos represent a celebration of Proactis’ achievements, from embracing change, to helping customers achieve their goals for two and a half decades. We began by working with Proactis to distil this messaging into succinct and inspiring scripts. With the addition of a professional and uplifting tone of voice, the scripts reflect the company’s agility, ambition, and authority in their industry.

To mirror the fluid visual style visible in Proactis’ branding, we created a continuous hand drawn line that runs throughout the AGM video. This playful graphic device emphasises key points and is complimented by organic shapes, which house photography of the Proactis team. To help ensure the video resonated with viewers, we sourced a voice-over artist with a friendly and informative tone of voice. We paired this with upbeat music which evokes positivity and builds momentum.

Although there are consistent threads throughout all of Proactis’ videos, like the use of typography and iconography, the anniversary video was designed to stand out, reinforcing its significance. We achieved this by utilising the company’s vibrant secondary colour palette, as well as speeding up the pace and incorporating high tempo music. Reminiscent of fireworks, the footage used to open and close the video contributes to the sense of occasion.
