Firefly was commissioned to film and post-edit two informative corporate videos on-site at HSVS. The videos were to be used internally to educate employees on their ‘differentiated innovation’ campaign. The informative short films aimed to educate viewers about how the company planned to use advancing technology to solve customer problems and set themselves apart from their competitors.
Art-directed by our Creative Director, Ben Walker, one bespoke corporate video features an interview with the Innovation Lead, whilst the other focuses on the Head of Product and Development for HSVS.
The backdrop of an office setting gives the video an instant professional and corporate aesthetic, whilst the use of plants adds a visually pleasing, natural dimension. The bright lighting and a busy office environment in the background give the video a dynamic edge.
The interview style adds a human touch, helping to convey the culture of HSVS and ensuring the videos are personal. We incorporated footage which zooms in on details including hand movements and facial expressions, which helps to break up the video and retain engagement with the target audience. This is further facilitated by the use of props, such as tablet devices and post it notes, as well as footage panning over the exterior of the building and clips of interviewees working on the white board.
Success! We've received your message and will get back to you as soon as possible. We look forward to chatting to you.
We wanted the characters in the graphics to be relatable everyday people from the Scottish public, and Firefly really managed to capture that. The graphics they designed are clean, colourful and clearly convey the right messages we wanted to get out there, helping us to launch National Walking Month 2018 in style. Thanks Firefly!”
