Firefly was commissioned to rebrand EMF to reflect the precision of the metalwork they produce and the quality of their services. The brand development project included the creation of a logo and website design.

An evolution, rather than revolution of the logo design ensured we could retain brand awareness amongst existing customers, whilst simultaneously connecting with a broader target audience. We used a clean, bold typeface to create an impactful logotype with an industrial, yet modern look and feel. The distortion of the letterforms reflects the process of cutting and bending metal, creating a strong brand identity that differentiates the logo from the company’s competitors.
We created a clearly structured and easy to navigate website to help position EMF as one of the leading specialists in metalwork services in Britain. The use of bold, geometric typography paired with impactful, monochromatic imagery helps to communicate the company’s key message, whilst encompassing their professionalism.

The responsive website design ensures a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Built with longevity in mind, we used a WordPress content management system to allow EMF to add and edit content and pages quickly and easily. This ensured they could provide their target audience with regular, relevant content, driving engagement.
