The Brief

As they prepared to launch their brand online, Confidus asked us to design and build a website using a WordPress content management system (CMS). The website was to appeal to leaders in the maritime, oil and gas, logistics and utilities industries.

The Creative Outcome

The minimal and contemporary website design clearly outlines Confidus’ cutting-edge solutions, positioning them as an authority in their field.

The monochrome aesthetic and use of white space are complimented by a bright orange accent colour, used to highlight key content. We incorporated a combination of photography, linear iconography and playful illustrations. This adds depth to the brand and helps to break down Confidus’ messaging in an entertaining and thought-provoking way.

We were commissioned to undertake a copywriting review to ensure the brand was communicated consistently. We began by refining the brands mission statement and establishing an informative yet approachable tone of voice. To reinforce the company’s expert knowledge, we wove elements of Confidus’ Founder and CEO’s personal story into the copy. This adds a human touch, building rapport with prospective clients.

Whilst the website was under construction we created a holding page, which provided an insight into the brand and helped to build momentum on the lead up to the launch.
