The award is given to an exceptional individual who has made a profound impact on patient care.
Having previously worked to develop the BJS Academy logo, brand, website, videos and other digital communications, BJS approached us to create a sub-identity for the BJS Award. This encompassed a logo, webpages, key visual graphics, promotional videos and social media post imagery.
We created a logo in keeping with the BJS brand, utilising the typeface from the BJS Academy logo and adding a dynamic arc around the text to convey the global reach of the Award and the innovative work it champions. We applied a golden hue for the brand marque, which we utilised throughout the brand for graphic elements to emphasise the prestigious nature of the award.
We harnessed a key visual of a dynamic and explosive shape in vibrant colours to convey the ground-breaking and innovative philosophy of the Award. The key visual was applied in both animated and static graphic forms to create compelling communications.
For the video promo we developed an engaging script and selected music to complement the visual messaging, creating an absorbing promo that communicated the ethos of the brand.
The webpage designs for the Award incorporated a countdown clock for when nominations for the award open, and engaging and informative strips of content imparting key information about the Award.
Success! We've received your message and will get back to you as soon as possible. We look forward to chatting to you.
“We have enjoyed a positive experience partnering with Firefly to build our website. They were quickly able to discern the style and functionality that would fit for us and our international target audience.
In addition to providing a design we loved they also balanced the competing demands of SEO optimisation with an aesthetically pleasing site. Much appreciated!”
